The Institute of Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) was created in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Associations" and the Law "On Self-Regulation".

The Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare is an accrediting body in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Order of the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2020 No. ҚР ДСМ-299/2020 "On approval of the rules for accreditation in the field of healthcare"
