The process of admission and membership in the Public Association "Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare" is regulated as follows:

1. Submission of an application for membership
To apply for membership in the Association, a candidate must submit a written application along with a questionnaire. This document becomes the basis for further consideration of the candidacy.

2. Consideration of the application
The application for membership is assessed by the Board of the Association based on a simple majority of votes, provided that at least two-thirds of its members are present at the meeting. The decision on admission must be made within fifteen working days from the date of application. Approved candidates are required to pay the entrance and membership fees in accordance with the amounts and terms established by the Board.

3. Membership records
The Association maintains a membership record based on decisions made and applications submitted by members for their entry or exit, posting a list approved by the Board on the Association's website

4. Membership suspension
Membership may be temporarily suspended by the Board if a member has failed to pay membership fees and pay off debts within one month of receiving the relevant notice.

5. Notification of suspension
The Association undertakes to notify the member in writing within three days of the suspension of his/her membership.

6. Termination of membership
Membership may be terminated either by the member's own initiative or by decision of the Association's Board.

7. Voluntary withdrawal from membership
A member of the Association may voluntarily withdraw by submitting a written notice to the Board of his/her intention to do so.

8. Making a decision to terminate membership
The Board makes a decision to terminate membership based on a simple majority of votes with the participation of at least 2/3 of the Board members.

9. Grounds for termination of membership
Termination of membership may occur for several reasons, including violation of the Charter, failure to fulfill obligations, disclosure of confidential information, harm to the activities of the Association, or failure to pay off dues.

10. Non-transfer of membership
Membership in the Association is individual and cannot be transferred to third parties.
