The process of admission and membership in the Public Association "Institute of Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare" is regulated as follows:

1. Applying for membership
To apply for membership in the Association, the candidate must submit a written application along with the application form. This document becomes the basis for further consideration of the candidacy.

2. Consideration of the application
An application for membership is assessed by the Association's Board on the basis of a simple majority of votes if at least two-thirds of its members are present at the meeting. The decision on admission must be made within fifteen working days from the date of application. Approved candidates are required to pay application and membership fees in accordance with the amounts and deadlines established by the Board.

3. Membership accounting
The Association keeps records of members, based on decisions made and applications submitted by members for their entry or exit by posting a list approved by the Board on the Internet resource of the Association

4. Suspension of membership
Membership may be temporarily suspended by the Board if the member fails to pay dues and outstanding balances within one month of receiving notice.

5. Notice of suspension
The association undertakes to notify the member in writing of the suspension of his membership within three days.

6. Termination of membership
Membership can be terminated either on the initiative of the member himself or by decision of the Association’s Board.

7. Voluntary resignation from membership
A member of the Association may voluntarily leave by submitting a written statement to the Board of his intention.

8. Making a decision to terminate membership
The Board makes a decision on termination of membership based on a simple majority of votes with the participation of at least 2/3 of the Board members.

9. Grounds for termination of membership
Termination of membership can occur for several reasons, including violation of the Charter, failure to fulfill obligations, disclosure of confidential information, harm to the activities of the Association, or failure to pay dues.

10. Non-transfer of membership
Membership in the Association is individual and cannot be transferred to third parties.
