The admission and membership process for the Public Association "Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare" is regulated as follows:

1. Submission of an Application for Membership
To apply for membership in the Association, a candidate must submit a written application along with a questionnaire. This document serves as the basis for further consideration of the candidate.

2. Application Review
The membership application is evaluated by the Association's Board of Directors based on a simple majority vote, provided that at least two-thirds of its members are present at the meeting. A decision on admission must be made within fifteen business days of the application being submitted. Approved candidates are required to pay the admission and membership fees in accordance with the amounts and deadlines established by the Board.

3. Membership Records
The Association maintains a membership record based on decisions made and applications submitted by members for membership or withdrawal, posting a list approved by the Board on the Association's website.

4. Membership Suspension
Membership may be temporarily suspended by the Board if a member fails to pay membership dues or settle outstanding balances within one month of receiving the relevant notice.

5. Notification of Suspension
The Association undertakes to notify the member in writing of the suspension of their membership within three days.

6. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated either at the member's own initiative or by decision of the Association's Board.

7. Voluntary Withdrawal
A member of the Association may voluntarily withdraw by submitting a written notice of their intention to the Board.

8. Making a Decision to Terminate Membership
The Board of Directors shall decide to terminate membership by a simple majority vote of at least two-thirds of the Board of Directors.

9. Grounds for Termination
Membership may be terminated for several reasons, including violation of the Charter, failure to fulfill obligations, disclosure of confidential information, harm to the Association's activities, or failure to pay dues.

10. Non-Transferability of Membership
Membership in the Association is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
